Tokyo, February 17th – GPSS Holding Inc, a member company of GPSS Group (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Masaaki Mezaki) and wpd AG Group (Head office: Bremen, Germany; CEO: Dr. Gernot Blanke / Japanese subsidiary, wpd Japan Co. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Jun Takeda), a subsidiary of wpd AG Group (Head office: Bremen, Germany; CEO: Dr. Gernot Blanke), have announced a business alliance for joint development and investment in onshore wind power generation projects in Japan.
The aim of this partnership is to jointly develop and invest in several onshore wind power projects, including an onshore wind repowering project in the town of Higashiizu, Shizuoka Prefecture.
